Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in original condition when received
  • Must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

  • Email returns@audioborne.com to request a return
  • If accepted, they will provide return instructions
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Shipping Costs

Customers pay return shipping costs, except in cases of:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For international returns, customer pays duties and taxes

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect order upon arrival
  • Contact immediately if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

European Union Cooling-Off Period

  • EU customers can cancel/return within 14 days
  • No reason required
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping

Refunds

  • Refund processed after return inspection
  • Refund sent to original payment method
  • Refund processed within 10 business days
